3. Volume + Liquidity Pools

We call it v3 type pools.

These pools will include Volume and Liquidity considerations.

Liquidity rewards = order fill amount * iitial order spread * spread factor * order age * age factor.

The cool thing about this implementation is that zkMakers protocol can consider CLOBs orders as well as LP tokens.
