How to certify your trades?
This guide will walk you through the process of certifying your trading activity for both Centralized Exchanges (CEX) and Decentralized Exchanges (DEX). Don't miss out! Start earning rewards today!
First off, visit our dApp at https://app.zkmakers.com.
CEX Reward Pool:
To certify your trading activity from a CEX, you need to generate an API key from the exchange where you've been trading. We recommend checking out the How to generate your API Keys? tutorial to learn more about this.
Connect your wallet.
Choose the pair that you want to trade.
Trade on the Exchange linked with your chosen Reward Pool. In this case, it's Binance.
Remember, the more volume you generate, the more rewards you'll earn!
Once done trading, go back to the Reward Pool on zkMakers and click "START CERTIFYING".
Note: You must do this before each Epoch ends.
Enter your API keys from the host exchange and click "PROVE YOUR RECORDS":
IMPORTANT: To certify trades from Bitget & Kucoin, you must provide not only the API Key and Secret but also the Passphrase.
The last 10 trades you made will display on the screen. However, the total number of trades you've made since your last certification or the creation of the Reward Pool will be certified.
Click "SUBMIT YOUR TRADES" and confirm the transaction on your wallet:
After the transaction is completed, refresh the page. Your accumulated volume for the current Epoch will display!
DEX Reward Pool:
Connect your wallet.
Find and access the Reward Pool where you want to certify:
Execute swaps on the Exchange and blockchain of your chosen Reward Pool. In this case, it's PancakeSwap on the BNB Smart Chain:
Generate as much trading volume as you want! Remember, the more volume you generate, the more rewards you'll earn!
Once done, go back to the Reward Pool on zkMakers and click "START CERTIFYING".
Note: You must do this before each Epoch ends.
Now click "AUTHENTICATE WALLET FIRST". Sign in with your web3 wallet, and the certification process will automatically start:
The last 10 trades you made will display on the screen. However, the total number of trades you've made since your last certification or the creation of the Reward Pool will be certified.
Click "SUBMIT YOUR TRADES" and confirm the transaction on your wallet:
After the transaction is completed, refresh the page. Your accumulated volume for the current Epoch will display!
Remember, you can certify every new operation you make. So, the more volume you generate, the greater your rewards!
