Protocol Fees

Promoting valuable pairs, incentivizing zkMakers Oracles
Fees within the zkMakers protocol are primarily charged to promoters when they deposit rewards into the smart contract. Traders who certify their trading activity are not subject to any fees. The protocol implements a variable fee structure based on the type of token that promoters deposit into the smart contract:
  • Whitelisted tokens: 5% fee
  • Other BNB deployed tokens: 15% fee
This two-tiered fee model encourages the use of stablecoins and high-value tokens as rewards, catering to the preferences of most traders who desire valuable tokens as rewards. The fees collected serve two main purposes:
  1. 1.
    Incentivizing ZK-Oracles
  2. 2.
Bribing the voters that allocate extra boost to zkMakers pools
  3. 3.
    Repurchasing ZKM tokens
  4. 4.
Funding the zkMakers DAO to implement future decisions by our community
More information on the utilization of fees will be available upon the launch of the mainnet version. To learn more about rewards, please refer to the rewards section.
